August 12, 1998 In the midst of the debacle surrounding the Ken "Porno" Starr led assault on the institutions of the Presidency, a bill in the Congress came to the notice of Executive Intelligence Review regarding prosecutorial misconduct in the justice system by two legislators John Murtha (D-Pa.) & Joseph McDade (R-Pa.) entitled the Citizens Protection Act. With a full mobilization of the LaRouche movement, the bill was passed and the Newt Gingrich knuckle draggers suffered a defeat.
