0:01 is know to create an economic Charter of 0:05 Rights okay because economic others of 0:08 FRS you know would I guess could 0:11 eliminate parties so I want to talk 0:14 about that that shouldn't be last I have 0:17 accumulated incredible experiences right 0:20 I've been on a boards on a number of 0:23 universities I've been on a corporate 0:25 governance Board of uh the New York 0:28 Stock Exchange 0:30 being on the board of banks hospitals 0:33 universities etc etc so I've accumulated 0:36 a lot of a lot of experiences and and 0:42 imagine you know sometimes people wonder 0:44 how is it possible Right to start in a 0:47 garage a Onan operator and to create a 0:50 company with 0:52 180,000 0:54 employes in 34 different countries right 0:59 so my main reason why I came is to let 1:02 people know you know that the Divide 1:05 between the very rich and the working 1:09 class is huge to 1:11 divide okay and the and we also should 1:15 understand the world has always been 1:19 dominated by the Golden Rule who is the 1:22 gold makes the rule the world still is 1:25 dominated by the Golden Rule years 1:28 Generations ago 1:30 you know when the king the king had a 1:33 castle up the hill when he taxed the 1:36 farmers too much he had revolutions now 1:39 you don't see the Kings anymore they 1:41 might be in Hawaii they might be in 1:43 Beverly Hills they might be in monara 1:45 but it's still there and the very rich 1:49 don't want to share the profits with 1:51 work Us in know I'm saying a country can 1:55 only function if they have an economic 1:58 CH of threats this is the Dax code huh 2:02 there is you know I just using some them 2:08 this is an example one paragraph out of 2:10 the Dax code and there's thousands and 2:13 thousands and thousands of those 2:15 paragraphs in there one is more 2:17 convoluted than the other we have 2:21 thousands of hundreds of thousand of 2:23 special tax lawyers right which always 2:26 try to find new loopholes right no 2:30 country no Society can can do well if 2:35 they don't know the rules and if it's 2:37 not run properly right okay so here this 2:42 this heavy book serve special interest 2:45 groups and I'm saying look the D system 2:49 should be black and white no more 2:51 loopholes you know now we talking a lot 2:54 about the capital gain 2:57 stocks income is income is income it 3:00 shouldn't matter where it came from and 3:03 if you have more income you got to be 3:05 tax more but it's got to be black and 3:08 white a high school student should be 3:10 able to fold out the tax one it's as 3:13 simple as that otherwise Society cannot 3:16 function so naturally there's a few 3:19 hundred, special tax lawyers which which 3:23 work the whole year to find new 3:25 loopholes for their clients so they will 3:27 have to pay very little tax so there 3:30 would be a lot of unhappy people right 3:33 but on the other hand you 3:35 cannot let me simplified like there's 3:39 more statistics in the states right 2% 3:43 of the people in the states hold about 3:46 more than 50% of all the 3:49 wealth so the 2% basically dictating to 3:53 the 3:54 98% you know what the life should be you 3:58 have to here to so you cannot go on 4:01 right 4:03 because you know what about the kids 4:06 what people have how can they pay back 4:09 that debt it's practically impossible 4:13 right that's having like when you have a 4:16 house right when parents have a house 4:19 and let's say the house has a market 4:21 value of 4:22 $500,000 at the morage is a 4:25 million the kids if they would inherit 4:27 they would walk away or say look we 4:30 cannot pay that but when a country is 4:33 stepped you cannot walk away you have to 4:36 pay it so this what answer do we give 4:40 our kids right I think we're reaching 4:42 now close to two trillion right our 4:45 interest payments just to serve the 4:48 interest a day is close to about 150 4:51 million so where will that end so I 4:55 bring forward I you know I I I think 4:58 I've accumulated had so many so much 5:01 experience I met everybody in know in 5:05 the world right uh from all the 5:07 presidents etc etc and I've been blessed 5:11 and I'm saying 5:13 look what we young We All Hustle a bit 5:17 to make some monies that we can live in 5:20 dignity and uh so I have uh over 400 5:27 factories in 34 different countries I 5:30 could live in any one of those countries 5:33 in dignity but Canada has been great to 5:37 me great people and I put it in my mind 5:42 that I will bring forward what the 5:45 things I what we should do that Canada 5:49 will get back on a sound economic base 5:53 the world has always been dominated by 5:55 the Golden 5:57 Rule the people which have the goal the 6:00 money they make the rules and they don't 6:03 want to share with they don't want to 6:06 share uh the profits with the workers 6:09 and those are the people which you know 6:13 there might be many of those that say 6:14 what's the Stormer Guy saying that we 6:16 need an economic J of Rights right look 6:21 we the funny thing is all people agree 6:25 all politicians agree all business 6:28 people agree most people agree if the 6:31 economy doesn't work nothing else will 6:34 work it's the economy the economy the 6:37 economy if the economy doesn't work you 6:40 cannot fit the hungry you cannot look 6:42 after the most fragile people the 6:44 elderly the sick and the handicap but we 6:48 do not talk what drives the economy 6:51 isn't that strange it's so strange 6:54 because for the simple reason if we 6:57 would educate the kids in school and 6:59 people people then you cannot manipulate 7:01 them that's why the living standards go 7:04 back like crazy okay so the the economy 7:08 is driven by three forces smart managers 7:12 hardworking 7:14 employees and investors the message I 7:18 want to get across loud and clear is 7:22 workers have a more right to some of the 7:25 profits to help to generate without 7:28 workers you can't make make a profit so 7:30 why don't we have great economic chars 7:33 of rights when I put in the corporate 7:35 Constitution at 7:37 Magna uh the formost principle in our 7:40 corporate Constitution was we 7:42 predetermined what we do with the 7:44 profits 20% of the profits went to the 7:47 shareholders 6% went to 7:50 10% to the to the workers open and above 7:55 the wages 6% to management 7% to 7:59 research and 2% to charity when we put 8:03 in the corate 8:04 Constitution and employees could see in 8:07 a tangible way they could get a portion 8:11 of the profits we released an energy of 8:14 Anor proportions you know our profits 8:17 went up the first year 40% the second 8:20 year 100% the third year 8:23 200% so by doing that we cut a limb with 8:28 what can participating profits we could 8:31 eliminate that and most of all we could 8:34 eliminate poverty and we have so much 8:37 poverty how do you feel about the 8:38 direction of our country then well the 8:41 direction of the country is to me it's 8:45 uh we got to answer that to our young 8:48 kids with the debt We Leave Behind the 8:51 the the bureaucracy we have for I'm gone 8:54 very heavily in the food industry right 8:57 uh because um I I think I'm a very 9:01 blessed 9:02 person and a number of years ago about 9:05 12 years ago I assessed you know I said 9:08 early on when you young to be a hustle 9:10 to to make some money that you can live 9:12 in dignity but again I assess myself and 9:17 I said I should get out of the big car 9:20 business because the big cars uh they 9:22 contribute to a lot of greenhouse gases 9:25 Etc so I said I should be something else 9:28 and they decided to go into 9:30 agriculture because I noticed pretty 9:33 well all the kids had allergies all the 9:37 kids stage two diabetics On The Rise 9:39 Like Crazy the more I got in the 9:42 agriculture the more I could see this 9:45 chemical 9:46 chandle 95% of the food eaten in Canada 9:50 or in the United States in North America 9:53 comes from industrial 9:56 farms and when I the more I got the 9:59 agriculture the more could see this 10:01 chemical chungle you know I said 10:06 95% of the food didn't comes from 10:08 industrial 10:10 farms and in industrial Farms you see no 10:14 more Eagles Fly why there's no Rapids 10:18 there's no pheasants we spray everything 10:21 the fungus at the pesticides we poison 10:24 our cats we do not we not talk about it 10:28 they're sick stay to diabetics autism 10:32 okay no kid can grow up healthy and 10:35 happy if they eat that all those 10:38 chemicals okay so what we going to do 10:41 that our kids grow up healthy and happy 10:45 but of the corate Constitution is that's 10:49 s of the the seven principles to the to 10:53 the economic CH of Rights no Canadian 10:56 kid should go to school hungry they 10:59 means breakfast got to be served no 11:02 Canadian kid should leave the school 11:04 hungry that means lunch has got to be 11:06 served and by law the food would have to 11:10 be organic a lot of people would say we 11:13 cannot afford that okay especially 11:16 politicians otherwise they they never 11:18 brought it up that we poison our cats 11:20 right 11:22 okay the medical 11:24 costs a lot more it's billions and 11:28 billions what if we would if you would 11:32 grow organic food we would eliminate 11:35 those sicknesses to Great extent right 11:38 so the saving will be 11:40 enormous the economy don't make things 11:44 anymore okay we this is uh uh we don't 11:49 make things anymore and only by making 11:52 things that you could create a Better 11:54 Living standard if you go if you go in 11:57 any large depart store you hardly see 12:00 any products made in Canada the United 12:03 States you know every time there's a new 12:05 building build it's a 12:07 wouse okay we we going down it's look we 12:11 got to wake up it's very very serious we 12:16 don't under people don't understand the 12:18 economy governments don't understand the 12:21 economy and so when I look back in the 12:23 economy is um we'll call it in politics 12:28 the to me the most uh foremost uh uh 12:32 politician I will call him a Statesman 12:34 was Winston Churchill right Winston 12:37 Churchill in his later years says 12:39 goddamn politician goddamn 12:43 Politics the parliament doesn't work 12:47 it's only politics we need a chamber of 12:51 citizens to make Parliament work so the 12:54 system is wrong I'm not pointing fingers 12:57 at people right I'm not pointing the 12:59 fingers at the 13:00 bureaucracy because in a civilized 13:03 country every citizens got the right to 13:06 get a job whatever the openings are the 13:09 system doesn't function huh you know if 13:12 a new politician will come forward with 13:15 something new if he come forward with 13:17 something new he can be criticized and 13:20 he be defeated so the if I know so many 13:24 good politicians they want to change and 13:26 they bring things forward they all the 13:28 politi they can can't say that we won't 13:30 be elected so you go the same thing it's 13:33 just a name calling it the same thing 13:35 every year you create the create the the 13:39 the budgets are not balanced every year 13:42 the that gets bigger and bigger every 13:44 year we import more and more and Export 13:47 less and less so 13:50 it's look the fridge is going to be half 13:53 empty and mothers will ask how do I 13:56 going to feed my kids next week okay 13:59 those are the serious questions we have 14:02 to answer it's the economy the economy 14:05 the economy if the economy doesn't work 14:07 it cannot feed the hungry it cannot look 14:10 after the most 14:12 fragile the the elderly the sick and the 14:14 handicare but we don't talk about what's 14:16 the economy it's strange there's 14:19 something wrong I want to see Canada 14:20 being the first country in the world 14:23 which will adop an economic Char okay 14:27 the first country I hope I will I hope I 14:30 will but the one thing thing I know I 14:33 open the door to an economic chter of 14:36 Rights and you cannot close the door it 14:39 will come okay people will wake up and 14:42 the very rich got to say look we got to 14:46 share with the workers otherwise so in 14:49 essence what I recommend 14:52 is uh you know the the the golden Ru you 14:58 know is dominated so the world was 15:01 always dominated by the Golden Rule so 15:04 the question is how can we how can we 15:08 dismantle the chains of dominations not 15:12 bya violent revolutions VI revolution of 15:16 Dom mind why economic charters of Rights 15:19 and I'm not saying we should take away 15:21 from the rich all what I'm saying is we 15:25 got to employees got to have a chance to 15:27 participate in making the economic bu 15:31 without employees we can't make a profit 15:34 so we neglecting that we neglecting that 15:37 we don't want to we don't want to we 15:39 don't in our school system we don't 15:42 think that that you could easily be in 15:45 business that easily you you know 15:50 um look if you're not economically free 15:53 you're not a free person it's a shame 15:56 that only a small percentage is economic 15:59 Ally free what do you mean by 16:01 economically free I think when people 16:03 work 16:04 about 30 or 40 years they should have 16:08 enough safe that they own uh their own 16:12 condo small condo a small house and 16:15 maybe have a $100,000 in the bank to 16:18 supplement their their pension you know 16:22 and let them choose their own road to 16:24 happiness let everybody choose their own 16:27 road to happiness right and do not 16:29 prevent that other people also can 16:31 choose down on road to happiness right 16:34 so we got to talk about those things 16:36 it's the economy the economy we have a 16:39 major problem and they again people got 16:42 to be aware they dominate by the gold 16:44 the rule okay the people which have the 16:48 money still have a huge say in all 16:51 aspects okay thank you okay great last 16:56 thing to to people right especially the 16:59 young 17:01 people focus on today to stay 17:06 alive but leave the door open for 17:09 tomorrow and follow your 17:11 dreams and be guided by your 17:14 conscience God bless Canada thank you 17:18 okay 17:19 [Music]
