35mm film grain (Kodak Vision 3 5213)

In order to apply it to your clean footage in After Effects (and most other compositing software and NLEs),
set the blending mode to OVERLAY and adjust the opacity of the grain layer to taste. (35% gives natural results in most cases)

To extend the length of the clip, simply loop it.
