Peace That Surpasses All Understanding…

If all the eight billion minds in the world were gathered to come to an understanding

concerning world peace, the level would pale in comparison to the peace God bestows

upon those who love Him and are committed to Him. His peace is greater than any plan

man can devise. His peace is greater than any secular coalition can formulate. His

peace is better than the entire world can offer. His peace offers a measure that

surpasses that of all the world of Psychology and Psychiatry. While man offers a false

sense of peace calling for the absence of war, weakness, struggle, violence, strife,

confusion, anxiety and worry, God’s peace is present in the midst of these human

dilemmas. God’s peace is unwavering and gives spiritual guidance when these troubles

happen in life. God’s peace is faithful and dependable through all our down sittings and

uprisings. God’s peace offers wisdom for confusion, strength for weakness, calm for

anxiety, restraint for war and violence, and confidence for worry and strife. God’s peace

offers a straight path for our crooked places and times of struggle. When we allow God

to be our peace of this world, He then becomes the light unto our feet and lamp unto our

path whereby we never have to walk in the darkness of hatred but rather in the light of

His love. This is the ultimate level of spiritual peace that surpasses our natural

understanding. This is the level of peace humankind should seek for our world.
